Abstract: In this work a new approach for counter-gradient term in atmospheric turbulent fluxes is developed. This scheme is based on an integral scale of the quantity transported and in a multifractal mixing length. The multifractal proposed model for the eddy diffusivities and the countergradient term is analysed from the curves of z/h versus the nondimensional countergradient, where the parameters z and h are the height above the ground and the boundary layer heigth, respectively. The scaling complexity in this new approach is discussed.
